We don't like the new scent
We've been using this product for years on my 10 year old daughters hair. One of the best products we've used, and we use it every morning. But we are not happy with the new scent. Why change something so classic?? It actually irritates our noses the new scent is so sharp. Now my daughter plugs her nose when I have to spray it in her hair. We went shopping for a new detangler today because we dislike it so much. It's a shame, it worked so well and is reasonably priced.

No More No More Tangles :( So Sad to See a Great Product Go!
I have been using No More Tangles since I was 4 or 5. I'm 51! That's 47 years! I recommended it to my roommates in college and now my daughter has used it for years. I LOVED how it works, makes my hair feel and SMELLS! Now, it stinks. Literally, the smell is awful. It no longer gets the tangles out. I can't keep quiet about how awful the new product is. Please switch it back!

We used to love this, but
We used to love this product it really helped brushing my daughters tangles out of her curly hair and then the sent changed. It now irritates both our noses and throats. To the point we end up in coughing fits. It’s horrible. We had to go buy a different brand. Won’t buy this product anymore

Might as well Spray Water in your Hair.
This does absolutely nothing to detangle hair. Its like spraying water in your hair. Not moisturizing at all.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Both I and my daughter like Johnson's 'No More Tangles Detangling Spray. My daughter has long, fine hair and tangles have made both of us cry at times! Johnson's product works really well. I won't say every tangle falls away magically, but they are definitely reduced and the product makes combing after bathing or swimming much easier. The spritz applicator allows you to target the snarl of hair directly, which also makes life easier. This is the perfect product for baths at home or to throw in the bottom of your swim bag. #gotitfree

The smell is strong
Very strong scent. It is too strong. makes me cough. It is like inhaling toxins. Please go fragrance free. It detangles but boy the smell is suffocating.

Don;t like the recent change
You recently changed the scent and I think the formula in this product and I have to say i don't like the change! I used to enjoy the smell, but now i don't. It also seems to make my son's hair greasier than it used to. Not sure what changed but I definitely like the old better than the new!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really liked using both products. I was pleasantly surprised but the scent. Both fragrances smell amazing!
The shampoo works great on my little girl’s hair but it would have been nice to get the conditioner so I could really tell the effectiveness of both products together.
I had to use another brand & another kind of conditioner at first so it’s more difficult to test the product.
My little girl has very long hair so I MUST use a conditioner after shampooing!
The Detangler is super convenient because it’s a spray conditioner so I used it a lot!! And it’s still not empty. I wouldn’t say it’s super effective but it’s enough effective.
I would buy both products again.
