Directions: Turn pouch inside out and open zipper. Fill with your favourite recipe (Smoothie, Compote, Yogourt, Baby Puree, Soup). Prepare your snacks in advance and freeze them. Place pouches on the top rack of the dishwasher. Otherwise, wash by hand with soapy water.
