Delicious & nutritious
These provide all the deliciousness and satisfaction of typical snacks without any of the "junk". The caramel flavour is tasty without being overly sweet or overpowering. The fact they're popped lotus seeds means they're more nutritious than junk alternatives. Downsides are that they are pricey & hard to find in regular stores anymore, but Well.ca still has them. Hope they aren't being discontinued.
