Good quality
This comes in a hard plastic case which is good for sanitization. The needle depth helps product absorption on the face. Not the most reasonable price though.

Product was not sanitary
I just received this product and unfortunately, could see dirt/residue around some of the needles, even just out of the seal. Since this is a product that penetrates the skin, it means I don't feel comfortable using it and I'm concerned about the practices at the company. Hope this review helps others avoid my mistake.

did not feel safe to use
The roller kept sticking and getting stuck, making it hard not to accidentally drag it across my skin. I was worried about it causing damage to my skin so had to throw it out. very disappointing. will definitely never repurchase this brand.
