Miracle product (especially for hair loss)
I love this product so much! It has truly saved my hair. Some of the reviews have mentioned things like these bars leaving your hair greasy, but you’re probably using way too much conditioner! You don’t need to use product until your hair is feeling the same way it does with normal conditioner. If you do that, you’re probably using too much product and yes your hair will get greasy and feel weighed down. If you use it properly, this product can be a miracle. I’ve had so much new growth since using these bars, my hairline is filling in too, can’t recommend enough. Although I almost don’t like recommending it, because I don’t want it to sell out!

I had never bought bar shampoo and conditioner before but decided to try this-I love it! My hair feels great! I also feel like I don’t have as much hair falling out in the shower as I had in the past. I told my teenage daughter to try it and
after the first try, said her hair has never felt so soft (and she can be picky about shampoo/conditioner as she has very fine hair). Will definitely continue to use these bars!

Interesting but leaves film on scalp
I purchased this product after learning about people reporting less hair loss. I have had it for a month now and maybe it hasn’t been enough time but I haven’t noticed more hair coming in. I notice a slight reduction in hair collecting in the shower but it could be that I have to wash my hair a little more frequently. I feel if coats my scalp and leaves it a little greasy. My scalp gets dirty quickly and I had to use a clarifying shampoo to undo the gunk that was collecting. My hair does feel reasonably nice after using it but I’m not sure it is worth the greasy scalp.

Not for me
I initially bought the conditioner on it's own and enjoyed it - mostly the scent. I had read other reviews about how good these were for strengthening hair. There was a sale and I stocked up on both the shampoo and conditioner. It's all I've been using for about a solid 8 months now. I've never had so much hair breakage in my life. My hair is dry and brittle, my scalp is itchy, my hair is constantly staticky. I don't waste money, so I've continued to use it and I'm almost done... will not be repurchasing.

This shampoo destroyed my scalp
This shampoo has destroyed my scalp so badly that it’s been itchy, flaky, extremely irritated, and my hairline won’t stop peeling. I stopped using it two weeks ago and it’s getting better, but not fully healed yet.
The conditioner is not bad, but this shampoo is the worst one I’ve ever used.

Kitsch rice water shampoo and conditioner bar
I just recently tried shampoo bars and after seeing this brand advertised I decided to try it. I have only used it twice but I’m very pleased with both. It has a great lather, a nice light natural scent and left my hair soft and silky. The price is better then ordering directly from the brands website (thankfully I found it here)

False claims
I recently purchased the Rice Water Protein Shampoo and Conditioner bars from Well.ca and have been using it for a little over a week. Although my hair is noticeably softer feeling, it looks dirty and greasy. I’ve also been losing lots more hair during each wash and now have dandruff as well as a result of using this product, which I didn’t experience with my regular off the shelf shampoo and conditioner. I contacted Kitsch customer care but they couldn’t do anything for me since it wasn’t purchased from them directly. I contacted Well.ca and they won’t refund me since I already opened and used the products. Honestly, it is rather disappointing that no one wants to take accountability for this product that has caused quite adverse side effects for me. I will never purchase kitsch products again and would advise anyone who is considering purchasing to think twice.

Has a nice fragrance. Will take some getting used to solid form, but will be great for travel, backpacking, and the environment.
