Rated 5 out of 5 by from I normally use a high end shampoo that costs $40/bottle I have used this particular shampoo for years I decided to try the Kristen Ess shampoo as we were going away on a houseboat trip. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The shampoo was volumizing, did not weigh my hair down at all and it still felt clean after 2-3 days I have continued to use it at home and even talked a customer with two teenage daughters out of buying a more expensive shampoo at Sephora because I was so impressed with this one! I'm looking forward to trying more products from this line of hair care. I'm picky and hard to please but this was a winner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best shampoo I have tried so far So far I love this shampoo and conditioner! I have somewhat fine hair and tends to get a little oily 24 hrs after washing my hair. These products, I have found that it’s less oily and overall my hair just looks better. In regards to the smell, it is strong out of the bottle as it spilled a bit in the box it came in and it got on my hands and the smell was strong but after washing it’s just a really nice subtle smell and it’s great! I can’t use perfumes as they give me headaches and I was worried at first with all the comments about the strong smell but I’m fine with it. Overall, I love this shampoo, conditioner, toner, and I use the detangler to help after i wash my hair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This conditioner is great, it smells good not strong for me at all. It leaves your hair tangle free and my wet brush slides right through my hair (it's a brush for wet hair). It leaves my hair soft and it gives it volume. Highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner. The price is good compared to all the sets I bought at Sephora. This is my favourite!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the smell - but not moisturizing enough I love the packaging and fragrance of Kristin Ess products, but if I’m being honest with myself, after using two bottles of this conditioner now, I don’t think I’ll repurchase. I have very thick, fine hair that is quite long. This just does not provide enough moisture for me and I find myself constantly reaching either for an oil or the Kristin Ess hair mask in the shower to bump up the hydration. Would love to see a richer formula offered from this line. Maybe one day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best conditioners I have ever used. Its super light and If you rinse well no build-up. The smell is a little strong but not over powering, when you hair drys the sent it actually very refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I can’t say how the product works but have to give it one star as I couldn’t even use this product as the scent was such an intense perfume that I had to return it. I had been looking forward to trying as I had read good things but the horrible scent is just too much. If you like more natural products this definitely isn’t for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The smell was so over powering I only used it once. The smell does not dissipate with time and made me have a headache.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my first bottle, and I’m enjoying it so far. I find it light, and it softens without weighing down my thin hair. My reviewer commented on a strong scent but I disagree...I find the scent much more tolerable than a lot of the drugstore brands. And so far it’s working just as well as a salon product at a much more reasonable price.
