My expectation for the flavour of these refried beans didnâÂÂt match up with the actual taste. Very bland â but then I just reread the ingredients, and clearly set my expectations too high as they contain very simple (and appreciated) ingredients: water, organic pinto beans, and sea salt. I think if I were to try these again, I would add some organic garlic and organic cayenne pepper to jazz them up. The consistency was good, but they just didnâÂÂt âÂÂwowâ my tastebuds.
