When they arrived, the top had completely come off of one of them, spilling most of the contents out. Luckily Well.ca had wrapped them in plastic bags, so the mess was minimized. However, I was disappointed that most of the product was not usable! Again, Well.ca stepped up and sent me another one free of charge. The other bottle had the top come off a bit too, but most of the contents didn't spill out. Nonetheless, the other issue was that the contents seem to have separated density-wise and they didn't really mix together afterwards very well. They still sort of did, but I think the contents had become unstable due to the very frigid temperatures (around -30) where I was living at the time. I did shake it up and apply it, but the results were just not worth the problems I experienced. Basically what I learned is that this is not the greatest product, due to poor packaging and chemical instability in cold temperatures, with the results on my hair simply not worth the trouble. However, Well.ca showed their excellent service helping me with these problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kelly from My favourite leave-in. I have dry curly hair which can be frizzy and have used this for years. I spray my dry ends and a bit all over the frizzy parts on the days I am not washing my hair. Instant improvement. A little goes a long way though. Too much may seem oily or sticky. Best for dry end and frizz. Love it.
