Don't Bother...
I've been dying my own hair for over 16 years, and this is the worst experience I've had. It's really hard to ensure you are covering every strand as it turns chalky soon after being dispensed. You cannot even feel wetness on your head so it's kind of a guessing game if it got everywhere. I followed the instructions to a tee, doing my roots last, and I got patchy results with lots of unlighted roots. I waited to full 60 minutes and even a bit more in hopes that it would keep working. Resulted in very yellow blonde. Clearly not what is displayed on the box as the result for any hair colour. Not sure if these results are related to my strawberry blonde hair, but no where (even in the fine print) does it indicate it's not good for red tinted hair.

Does NOT work
I bought this to lighten my hair obviously overall it doesn't work. The first problem I had: mixing it. The powder doesn't fully mix with the other two ingredients, you can shake the bottle or stir, it's just a mess. So you have this grainy paste like product you put in your hair, max 60 minutes on, and I put it on for that long, it barely lightened it a shade. Not only did it do next to nothing but where I applied it feels like STRAW. I don't know if it's because that grainy paste is still in there or if it just absolutely damaged my hair, but never have I been so wildly disappointed in a hair product. I bought bleach which does one obvious thing, it lightens your hair, damage is inevitable. L'oreal managed to take that process, make as messy and aweful as possible, not give you what you came for, and still leave you with all the damage. Great job.

Results NOT as described!!
I have dark brown hair, so wasn't expecting a platinum blonde by any means. I have also been a licensed cosmetologist, so I knew not to get my hopes up. By reading the information on the box, and the examples of resulting color based on starting shade, I knew my hair would pull slightly less. But the actual end result was a pumpkin orange! That's after 2 boxes, due to length of hair, re-application and twice as long processing time! Feels like straw even after deep conditioning! Highly disappointed!!

Don’t waste money! Believe the reviews!!
If I could give zero stars I would! I bought this to lighten my hair and should have read the reviews but I have always used L’Oréal hair colouring kits and never had an issue, so I trusted the brand! Now I’m left with spotty orange hair and not sure what to do now:( The product consistency was chalky and didn’t spread well through the hair! One kit doesn’t cover shoulder length thin hair.. this is a complete waste of money and now time as I will have to buy a better kit to do the job right:(

Horrible
I bought this product today and applied it to my light brown hair. After waiting the maximum 60 minutes it only lightened a few small strands of my hair . I followed all the instructions and it didn’t work at all. Such a disappointment.

Terrible product!!! Don’t waste your money!!
I have natural dark brown virgin hair (never been dyed) and purchased this product so I could add some fun colour prior to a vacation. After waiting over 60 MINUTES my hair isn’t even half a shade lighter!! I looked at the box and instructions to see if I mixed the bottle wrong and NOPE!! It’s as if I never did ANYTHING to my hair. Absolute waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this product at ALL!!
