Amazing shampoo
Okay I actually understand the hype about the Method Coconut + Rice Milk shampoo đđĽĽ
First of all… the scent smells SO good. Like a creamy warm coconut but not overpowering or fake. My whole shower smelled like a spa.
I’ve been using it for a bit and it leaves my hair feeling really soft, smooth, and less frizzy without making it feel stripped. I also like that it’s sulfate-free because my hair usually gets dry with strong shampoos.
If you have dry or damaged hair I definitely think you would like this one. The only thing is if your hair gets oily super fast it might feel a little heavy.
But overall… 10 for me â¨

Cleanses well but very drying
I tried the Method Moisturizing Shampoo Simply Nourish and it did not work for my locs. While it cleaned my hair, it left my scalp feeling very dry afterward instead of moisturized. I was expecting a gentler, more hydrating wash based on the name, but my scalp felt stripped and uncomfortable.
For my loc routine, moisture is really important, and this shampoo didn’t deliver the balance I needed. I also found that I needed to follow up with products I normally use to bring moisture back. This one just wasn’t a good fit for my hair and scalp needs.
