I love this softener that is offering a nice naturel smell and seems to hydrate the fibers of my fabrics. I find it especially good for outdoor drying.
The only bad point is the price that is a little high.

Scent a little strong but works well
I started using this brand because I couldn't find method on FS on well and seventh generation is always sold out. I find the scent a bit strong but I have sensitive skin and I haven't had a problem with the FS being scented so strongly. I do like it for towels because it makes them smell nice longer. It is thicker than the other brands but it isn't really an issue in the dispenser. I use 3/4 of a cap for a regular load. A full cap for a large load. Only gave it 4 stars because the strong scent and the price. But performance is 5 stars for me.

Not good
Does not completely dissolve so I always have to rinse out the dispenser after the load; also the towels, dish clothes are way less absorbant. They nearly "repel" water ??! But the clothes are softer. Doesn't do much for static either.
