Lavender too concentrated, irritating to skin
I got this one instead of a non-scented spray because this was slightly cheaper for the same amount, I like lavender, and I think lavender is also supposed to help with sleep. The essential oil they put in here -- which is NOT listed as an ingredient on their list -- is way too concentrated and not diluted enough. It's extremely irritating to my skin, and I have to seriously limit the amount of spray I use.
On the positive note, I really think this helped me sleep the first few times. Now I'm not sure it's helping, whether because I can't spray enough to have an effect or because my body got used to the magnesium.
I would recommend getting a normal/non-scented version.

Slept through the night!
I've been spraying the soles of my feet before bed for a few nights now. My sleep quality has improved dramatically. No middle of the trip to the bathroom last night for the first time since I can remember! Let's see if it continues ...

Left a very sticky residue once applied
Very disappointed with this product. My doctor recommended using it to spray on my legs which I did however it's does not dry well and remains sticky, which is not so great when you go to bed.
