Tasty & Healthy Too
I've ordered this product a few times. It tastes a lot like peanuts, without the salt. The list of nutrients is impressive. It means I can snack on them while feeling good about the healthy choice. No salt, no sugar, no harmful fats. The bonus is that they contain a lot of fibre, unlike most processed snacks. It's a win, win, win, win.

Amazing healthy snack
After hearing about baru nuts, I’ve been on the hunt for these. They are not easy to find and understandly so if you read about where they come from and how they are harvested. The ones I’ve found so far are either mixed with oil and salt, or have to be imported from outside of Canada.
What I love about these ones is that it’s just the plain roasted nut. They taste delicious as is and you can still mix them with your choice of oil and salt if you want. Absolutely love this product.

Over roasted
I bought quite a few packets of this brand of Barukas nuts recently,
I love these things they’re delicious. But this brand seem to over roast them them. They have a bitter taste. I thought maybe it was just 1 package, but they were all the same. Very disappointed it’s too bad as I like this company. Their products are normally excellent.

Excellent snack
I agree with the other reviews that these nuts have an incredible taste and they are not oily, salty or sweet. They are hard to find so I was thrilled to see that well.ca was carrying them.

Tasty but...
I was very eager to order these as I tried them in Brazil many years ago. They are indeed delicious, but I had a few rancid seeds in the bag :(

These roasted baru nuts are good, but it’s taking me some time to get through the bag. There was quite a few rancid nuts in the bag. These nuts are very hard and crunchy. I would recommend them, as they were good.
