NeilMed Sinus Rinse is an easy squeeze bottle system that allows you to deliver the saline solution with positive pressure to clean the nasal passages thoroughly, while maintaining your head in an upright position. You have complete control of the pressure and volume of solution, ensuring a gentle, soothing and therapeutic experience. Daily rinsing is safe and will keep your nasal passages clean, healthy and open.

Xylitol, a natural sugar, has antibacterial and several other beneficial properties that may help nasal and sinus inflammation from allergies and infection.

Directions: Directions for NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle Fill the bottle with 8 oz of lukewarm water - preferably distilled, filtered or previously boiled. Cut one of the premixed solution packets and pour it into the bottle with the water. Gently shake or swirl the bottle until the solution is completely dissolved. Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath Place the opening of the bottle in one nostril and squeeze gently until the solution flows out of the other nostril. Continue squeezing until half of the solution has run through your sinuses. Switch nostrils and rinse with the remaining solution.

Please note that one may use Xylitol saline intermittently or on a regular basis.

Ingredients: Sodium chloride & sodium bicarbonate & xylitol mixture

Caution:  Always Use Distilled or Micro-Filtered (through 0.2 micron) or Commercially Bottled or Previously Boiled & Cooled Down Water at Lukewarm or Body Temperature. Please do not use tap or faucet water when using NeilMed's nasal wash devices unless it has been previously boiled and cooled down. The SINUS RINSEՙ bottle and mixture are to be used only for nasal irrigation. Do not use for any other purposes. It is recommended that you use the rinse ONE HOUR PRIOR to bedtime in order to avoid any residual solution dripping down the throat.
