Maybe I got a very old package?
This has been very disappointing. The nuggets are not dissolving. When I put the nugget into the dispenser, half of the nugget will still be there when the cycle is finished. If I throw it into the drum along with the clothes, chunks of undissolved nugget will be stuck to the front loading door, or under the clothes. We've tried different water temps - warmer water is a bit better, but still not fully dissolving. The chunks that are left behind are very hard, which makes me wonder if the ones I received were just really old? Who knows?!
