(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was my first time trying a hydrogel mask and I loved the silky feel. The face mask was a bit large on me but it stuck perfectly as expected. Unlike regular face masks, there's not an excess of serum dripping uncomfortably down from my chin to my neck. I waited for a period where my skin was dryer to try this mask out. I have eczema and sensitive skin. This mask did irritate my skin a tiny bit, which may have been because of the slight fragnance. In terms of effectiveness, my skin felt significantly more hydrated after using it and moisturizing. My dry patches did not completely disappear. So if you are looking at this mask for the purpose of repairing your moisture barrier, it will not solve the issue immidiately.

I got too much sun today and my skin was a little parched so I thought it would be the perfect time to try it out. The gel mask cooled and soothes my dry skin instantly and I love that the mask was in two pieces so you could get a better fit. My skin was soft and hydrated after I removed the mask. I expected a cotton sheet mask, but it was actually more like a silicone material. The moisturizing and refreshing effect was awesome. I especially liked the fact that it can cover your eyelids and mouth for complete relaxation. It is also made out of two sheets so it's easier to put on your face. Overall, great product, would definitely buy it, use it again and recommend it to friends.

First off, I love sheet masks but this mask is more gel than paper which gives a really nice cooling effect. I liked that it came in two separate pieces so it fit better on my face.
I felt an instant effect of hydration on the skin after the mask and it continued to the next day as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking to add a little boost to their skin.

I think this gel mask will be my new favourite because when I tried this on I didn’t get any negative reaction from it and the next day, I woke up with supple, hydrated and radiant skin. I am blown away by the results from only one night of use! And it’s from my favourite drugstore skin care brand too! I will definitely start stocking up on this. I love love love this mask!

It was not too difficult to use - I was pleasantly surprised with how contained it all was once the mask was on, although it was a little sloppy going on and if you tried to speak while wearing it it slid off. My sensitive skin felt super soft and hydrated afterwards, and was not irritated. On top of that, it smells divine!

My face felt really hydrated afterwards and it gave me a glow that lasted the whole day. I have sensitive skin and other sheet masks usually irritate my skin and I have to immediately rinse my face after a mask, however, I didn't have to with this mask! The first thing I noticed was that the mask itself was a "gel" material vs. the usual paper/sheet material. It was extremely easy to apply and didn't slide around my face while I was wearing it. It was very soothing on my skin while I had it on for the 15 minutes like the packaging suggested. When I took it off, I patted the remaining serum into my skin. It left my skin very moisturized with a nice natural glow!

I was saving it for my wedding because I wanted really dewy skin (don't we all) and of both the masks that I received complimentary to review, I was more excited about this. However, when I used it, it had weird eye flaps and a lip flap that wouldn't stick to my skin, and I found the mask did not stay on that well. Look a lot of working around to get it to stay. The formula seem good, but I wouldn't purchase again, because I feel I like other sheet masks more. I ended up taking the mask off after 10 minutes and just using the excess formula on my skin. It was okay, but definitely didn't see a huge difference like the package claimed, or like I have seen from other products.

I was trying all kinds of masks and moisturizers and none really deeply hydrated my skin. Luckily I came home to the neutrogena hydro boost mask in my mail box. It was the only thing that has brought moisture back into my skin and it’s stayed there! It was so nice and refreshing and made my extremely dry, damaged skin shine again!

I did find it was a LITTLE harsh and it made me a little red just in one area of my face- not sure why. But it was definitely not a big deal at all! Other than that it was overall really gentle, smelt great and was really easy to put on. I ESPECIALLY LOVEEEE how the Mask comes in two parts to make it easier to put it on yourself.

This is my first time using a gel mask. At first it was really slimy (hence the gel). I had a little trouble placing it on as it comes in two pieces (upper and lower). Once i got it on, it stayed on and didn't slip off. When I removed it, my face felt great! I do prefer other masks instead of this one but over all this one was good.

It was kind of hard to apply at first but once you smoothed it on it remained in place. I kept it on for the fifteen minutes as stated and rubbed in the remaining product. My face feels more hydrated and refreshed from this product. I don’t think I would buy this product because I do prefer non sheet masks.

Personally have not been a fan of sheet masks before but this one changed it. I have oily but also dry skin - used this one both in the morning and before going to bed and my skin feels fresh and not dry anymore without feeling heavy! I would definitely recommend you to use or at least try this product! I just wish they would be selling it in a pack or 20+ and not as a single mask.

I'm a fan of Neutrogena cleansers because they help to keep my skin more clear from acne and blemishes. I was using the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Cream Cleanser and loved it. However, my skin was drying out because of the winter weather (don't have the drying out problem in summer months). I had tried the Hydro Boost Gel Cream and loved it, so I thought to give the Hydro Boost Hydrating Cleansing Gel a chance. It really does make a difference in my skin. It's definitely less dry and removes the oil and shininess from the face. I also use this cleanser with the Hydro Boost Gel Cream and it's great. My skin feels so soft, and is still becoming more clear. The smell of the cleanser is similar to that of the gel cream so if you don't enjoy the scent, this product might not be for you.

Immediately after removing the mask my face felt incredible, it almost felt like I still had the mask on. My face felt cool and soft and very hydrated! Within a couple of hours my face was back to being flakey and dry! I think this mask should be followed with an accompanying product by Neutrogena in order to get the best results and of course more frequent use helps too!

So mid trip when I felt my skin getting dry I took this out of my carry on I had it in and put it on for about 10-12 minutes...it was SOO refreshing and completely relaxed me. When I took it off my skin felt so hydrated. with the moisture left over from mask I just patted it into my skin. Over all I would repurchase forsure!

This new mask by Neutrogena is split into two, making it easier to conform / wrap around your face. The gel like material to me is a sign of high quality - much better than the fabric sheet masks that are out there. I loved how the holes for the eyes/mouth flops over (you'll understand if you see it for yourself) and adds extra moisture to the eye bag area and the chin area. I absolutely love that it has hyaluronic acid in it - it's pretty much a huge hype right now (that works on your skin). It felt really refreshing on the face and I just can't stop talking about it. This mask has a top and bottom half, instead of just being one piece, so I was able to make it fit much better. It was super cooling, and even had a flap to cover my lips and eyes. My skin felt incredibly soft and hydrated after the 15 minutes were up, and my skincare products absorbed so much quicker afterwards (I wore this at night). I love it and highly recommend if you want some intense hydration!

I felt like it fit to my face much better than any face mask that is one piece sonthe overall experience was better. It is extremely slimy ( but in a good way) and chilly to the touch so it was extra refreshing. I put it on for about 30 minutes and then patted any leftover essence into my skin. Immediately my skin was plump and hydrated and glowing and the next day it was glowing, soft and smooth with zero irritation. It has a mild scent but the scent wasnt overpowering and didnt bother me but those sensitive to fragrance may notice it more. I love these and would even go so far as to say they are HG for me.

The mask was still a bit large for my face so I had issues with it going into my hair and down the neck. There was a light scent which I enjoyed and I love that I was able to walk around as the mask stayed on so well. However, I don't think there was any noticeable result once I used it. It was relaxing but unfortunately no change in skin.

I also liked that my skin was very moisturized, but NOT sticky when I removed the mask. My only complaint would be that the cut outs didn't work too well with my facial features (but I mean, the mask comes in one size only, and there are only so many faces that it will fit perfectly). And the only other thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that the bottom part of the mask kept sliding off my face unless I was laying on my back. But overall, this mask was definitely better than some of the other masks that I've tried, and I would definitely purchase it for myself or for a friend when I/we need some pampering!

Love the fact that it separated in two for the top half of your face on the bottom half of your face. A Tip Sheet would have been useful to help consumers figure out whether to put the bottom half first or the top half first, and whether the jelly side versus the pattern side is to touch your skin. I didn't want to take this mask off because it made my skin feels so hydrated. It's moldability on to your skin is definitely a plus and a unique feature of this mask. I thought the texture was so interesting. I used a dermaroller before using the mask so it got in deep and so far I’m happy with the results! Was a nice refreshing treat for 15 minutes. Unsure of what the retail price will be but hopefully it’s in my budget because I really want to purchase this!

The mask left my skin feeling really hydrated and looking dewy, and I love that you can just rub the serum into your skin and you don't have to rinse it off. A little tip is that you can use it prior to makeup application and since it has a bit of a tacky texture, your makeup sticks really well to it. Love this 10/10

One piece covers from forehead to nose and the other piece is mouth to chin. It felt really rubbery and it didn't drink liquid like other masks which I really appreciated. Overall, not sure how hydrating it is but I felt moisturized and the process was easy :)
