Glow & Flow provides the nutrients required to help the body produce collagen. Glow & Flow is formulated with three key vegan sourced amino acids required in the collagen building process: I-glycine, I-lysine, and 1-proline. Vitamin C, an antioxidant and co-factor required for the hydroxylation of both 1 proline and I-lysine. Finally, the formula is balanced out with a dose of vegan hyaluronic acid, marine trace minerals and biotin for maximum collagen production.
Directions: Take 1 Scoop daily. Mix product well in 250 mL- 500 mL of cool water immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products.
