Directions: For the first 2 to 4 weeks: Use twice weekly. Thereafter: Use once every 1 or 2 weeks to prevent dandruff from coming back. Adults and children over 12 years: Wet hair. Apply 1 to 2 teaspoons to your scalp. Work into a lather. For best results, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
