You will notice a difference in their coat reaaaally fast
Overall just very good for your pets, mine love it (or at least like it). My dog will eat most anything, but when I’ve tried to add supplements to my cats food he often turns his nose up and refuses to eat it. Not with this though. I do wish the bigger bottles had a pipette like the smaller size, but not an overall big deal. A huge plus is how crazy soft it makes their fur. My dog is short fur and it’s more rough, but even her fur is silky soft after using. My cat who already is very soft (both fed raw) becomes the softest cat I’ve ever felt. We get a bunch of compliments on how soft they are.

Reformulated Product. Dishonest labelling.
We've been giving this product to our senior dog for a few years and it's been great. No need for added flavourings, she has liked it as it is. I just bought a new bottle and am not at all impressed with the dishonestly on display. There is a blast on the front of the bottle that states: "New Look. Same Great Formula", except it isn't the same formula. A comparison of the previous bottle we are still using and the new one indicates it's been entirely reformulated. Previously it contained only Anchovy and Sardine oil. Now it contains "fish oil from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring". The nutritional profile changed slightly too. The old formula contained 33% omega 3, 11% of which was DHA. The new formula has 30% omega 3 with 10% DHA. It also appears they dropped some third party certifications and the 'distilled for purity' statement that was on the old bottle and they now use vague buzz statements like ‘made with integrity’ and 'grounded in science' which means what exactly? Look, I get that everyone is trying to cut corners to make money these days. I'm sure it's still a good product but the "New Look. Same Great Formula" statement made me angry under the above listed circumstances. I guess flat out lying is totally normal and acceptable these days. I’m not sure if I'll continue to buy this product. I guess I’ll see if my dog still likes it when I open the new bottle, but I don't like supporting dishonest companies. What else are they lying about? If they lie about it being the same formula, how can I trust that they are "meeting or exceeding the strictest purity standards" that they claim to? It’s all just words.

Superior product
I recommend OFAs for many of my patients for a variety of reasons. This particular product is my go-to - mostly, because it's recommended by veterinary specialists (I'm a GP). I use it for both of my own dogs and have been super happy with it. If you're not sure which omega product to pick for your pet - pick this one for sure!

Distilled to remove impurities!
Great quality fish oils! My holistic vet said this is the only oil she recommends that is distilled to take out any impurities and heavy metals. My dog was found to have too much mercury in her blood test so we could no longer feed most oils until we came across this brand! Will be ordering the human omegas as well.
