Feeling grear
I suffer from severe migraines which with all my other pregnancies were unbearable abd condtant from the 5th to 9th week of pregnancy. I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant and besides a couple weak migraines I've been completely mugraine free and the only thing I'm doing differently is taking this DHA. I decided to look it up and apparently studies are finding this to be very beneficial for migraines as it inhibits inflammatory responses in the brain. I've recommended the non prenatal version to my family members who also suffer with migraines. Interested to see if they too get relief.

High dosage and small pill size
Most fish oil pills are huge, which I hate. But with these, you take 2 and they are much more manageable to swallow. No fishy aftertaste. The 2 pill dosage also provides you with MORE than enough omega-3s (500mg each) including 240mg of DHA (recommended to take at least 200mg/day in pregnancy). Great for those who don't consume much fish or eggs on a daily basis.

Quality
I like that these are unflavored. Only concern is that when they arrived all the gel capsules were stuck togethereaning they were exposed to heat/humidity in shipping or when they were in a warehouse. I was able to crush the bottle and vigorously shake them into smaller clumps and it seems that I will be able to get them apart into individual capsules. However, there is a risk that they will break and that's not cool. Otherwise I'm happy with the product and shipping time.

Great purchase
I've been using this product for over a year now, pre pregnancy and during and I have to say it's excellent. There is no fishy smell or taste and it's well sourced DHA and omegas which is what I was looking for :) highly recommend as a compliment to prenatal vitamins or folic acid!

Best Prenatal Fish Oil
I've been taking Nordic Naturals prior to conceiving and now while pregnant. There is zero fishy taste. I've never been a fan of Omegas because the pills are so big and hard to swallow, but these capsules are much smaller and go down so easy. My friend who is a dietician recommended this to me and I've been so happy with her suggestion. Will definitely use again for the next pregnancy too.

Made me sick
I started taking them at 23 weeks pregnant and began having GI symptoms I hadn’t had before in my pregnancy. I thought I may have become lactose intolerant so I cut that out first but that wasn’t the cause. I eventually narrowed the reaction down to when I take this supplement. I don’t know what to do with the rest of it

Excellent for constipation during pregnancy
I loved this product when I was pregnant. My constipation was brutal and it can be tricky to deal with while pregnant. My naturopath recommended this one and I was so happy she did. It relieved the constipation and I liked the added bonus of possibly helping with the baby’s cognitive function.

Prenatal health must
The benefits of DHA in fetal brain development have been long studied. This company offers great products. I’ve done a lot of research and I’m happy with this choice. I take along with Thorne prenatal vitamins.
