Nordic Naturals Children's DHA Xtra is a source of omega-3 fatty acids that help to support cognitive health and brain function.
Directions: For children ages 3–6 years: Take 3 softgels daily with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Chew softgel thoroughly in the mouth. DO NOT SWALLOW the whole softgel to avoid choking.
Caution: Tamper-proof seal; do not use this product if safely seal is broken or missing. Store in an airtight container, protected from light.

This is a great product. However, my 5 yr old found the gel casing too chewy and she did not like the taste of the oil inside. Will need to find another form of DHAfor her when she finishes this bottle.
