Spearmint is a favorite flavouring agent, and it is also a valued aromatic. Spearmint helps with digestive problems, headaches, respiratory health, and skin problems. Its fresh, minty aroma is invigorating and energizing, making it a wonderful scent to come home to and recharge after a demanding, stressful day.

Directions: For aromatherapy use. Mixes well with bergamot oil, lavender oil, lime oil and rosemary oil. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use.
