Works wonders for a better sleep
I started using this product about 6 years ago when a family member suggested it. I began to sleep much more completely and never woke up feeling groggy. I don't even need to use it every day. As for the anecdotal evidence of GABA being used to treat anxiety, I could see it: nothing keeps you calmer than regular sleep. Great product at great price.

GABA is a go-to stress reliever and sleep aid in our household. My fiancé and I take this regularly to help us destress at the end of the day. It never leaves us feeling drowsy, so we also take it before work to help with any anxiety. These supplements have become a staple for us!

I have just recently started using GABA for insomnia. I take one capsule about an hour
before going to bed and have noticed that sleep quality is better and is much easier to
fall asleep and stay asleep. I will continue to use this suplement.

So good for anxiety and sleep
After trying everything including weighted blankets, cbd, thc, perscription meds -turns out all I needed was some gaba and magnesium-so thankful I figured it out.
