IâÂÂm so disappointed! It didnâÂÂt really work that great to start and after two weeks of use it doesnâÂÂt work anymore. The lights just flicker and you can hear the motor going and nothing happens. I wonâÂÂt be buying diffusers from Now again.

Doesn't work well
I bought this 2 years ago and it never diffused like I feel it should. All my other diffusers you can see it diffuse and smell the oils but this one barely smalls or seems to diffuse. I do like the light option and it is such a beautiful diffuser which is the reason I got it.

Not the best.
This is not the best option for a diffuser. The fact that it is powered by usb makes it somewhat inefficient. The glass casing is pretty but heavy in comparison to the working parts which are plastic. The diffusing aspect of the unit is good as long as you don't overfill the container. The buttons for the lights and to start the diffuser are awkward to reach and could present a hazard to toppling the whole thing over.
