First Time Trying BCAAs
This is my first time using BCAAs. I have been drinking them either before or during my spin class and have noticed a big difference in my energy levels. The taste is a little medicine-y though.

I do notice that I have more energy after drinking this - but it might be from the adrenaline I need to get it down. Still have yet to find a supplement that doesn’t taste like dust :(
