I love this protein, 28g a scoop, ingredients are very clean and I like to use Chocolate New Zealand Whey with my post workout shake everyday!

Learnt a hard but useful lesson with this
I got this because of the discount (protein powder costs add up quickly), and what I thought was a good deal quickly turned sour. I typically have overnight oats with protein powder for breakfast and when this powder mixes with liquid, it has a very slimy consistency. Did a bit of research and it turns out xantham gum with room temperature liquid has a high viscosity unless it’s shaken or heated. That made sense because my first use of this was with warm oats and I didn’t I got this because of the discount (protein powder costs add up quickly), and what I thought was a good deal quickly turned sour. I typically have overnight oats with protein powder for breakfast and when this powder mixes with liquid, it has a very slimy consistency. Did a bit of research and it turns out xantham gum with room temperature liquid has a high viscosity unless it’s shaken or heated. That made sense because my first use of this was with warm oats and I didn’t notice the sliminess. I’ve had other product with xantham gum, but never with this issue; I’m assuming someone was heavy-handed with that in this mix. So unless you’re having your protein shaken or heated, then I do not recommend this product.
