Bit of a learning curve but less waste
The OB original no applicator tampons as the name suggests does not come with any applicators so maybe a bit difficult to use and a bit of a learning curve as you learn to use this and use your fingers as the applicator (which can be a problem if you aren't in the comfort of your own washroom at home as I would be concerned about cleanliness of my hands before and after insertion ). Once you get past that it does what it intended to do and is absorbent and comfortable. The positive is that without the applicator there is less packaging, more discreet (can hide it in the palm of your hide for example) and there is less packaging waste.

A Nice Change From my Usual Tampon
This was my first time trying an applicator free tampon. I thought I would find it awkward and not like the product, but I was wrong. Not only was it compact, easy to use and didn't leak, it is much better for the environment to not have to throw away a plastic applicator. The small size was perfect for my cross body bag, unlike my other products. It would be a huge bonus if somehow the plastic wrapping could be made out paper. My daughter who also has a heavy flow tried them and she said they were more comfortable then the other products with applicator, and they didn't leak with a heavy flow.

Sleek and comfortable
This was my first time using a tampon without an applicator and to my surprise it was very easy and comfortable to do. The tampon itself is sleek and tiny which I am a big fan of, it comes with a finger cover to push the tampon in which defn helped from getting things messy although on my first day I was not too successful but it was also my first try. I didn't have any issues with friction or discomfort once it was in but I did have to change within 4 hours. Even though these are small, they can absorb quite a bit and did not leave any stains. I would highly recommend these to anyone who finds bigger tampons uncomfortable or is small in size, im a petite so these were absolutely perfect for me

Discreet
These tampons are small and discreet, and have minimal waste which is great for the eco-conscious. There is no applicator so it does rely on just your own hands to insert which can be less hygienic depending on the circumstances (don't take them camping?). I did find they are easy enough to get into place though and they weren't uncomfortable beyond the application.
They have great absorbance and I didn't experience any leaks with the product. I just don't love the application process as I find (not to be too graphic) things get a little messier than with a product with an applicator.

My go-to tampons!
For the last 10 years, I'd been using a menstrual cup, and I absolutely loved it - until it started to leak. I loved how eco-friendly it was, but for the last few months, no matter what I tried, I was always experiencing leaks. I had to break up with my cup, unfortunately, and go back to my tried and true o.b. I've always loved these tampons because of their discreet packaging and ease of insertion. They keep me protected - with ZERO leaks. I miss using my cup - but I miss worry-free periods more.

Years of reliable comfort and security
O.B. Tampons are the best tampon I have found on the market for comfortable wear and leak proof fit. I like that the string is not braided or bulky. I appreciate that the tampon expands in width and not in length.
I have used OB tampons for many years and I appreciate the wide range of sizes/absorbency. They are small and discreet... easily fitting into the palm of your hand without notice. I appreciate that they don't take up a lot of space in my purse, and the lower environmental impact they have, as there's less waste. OB tampons are the only tampons I use.

Feel good all around
The o.b. tampons in Super size comes in a convenient, less wasteful packaging because they don't come with applicators. The way it works is to expand base of the tampon and use your index finger to guide the insertion. There are 40 tampons in each package which lasts about two menstrual cycles use for me. To be honest I never liked to use the applicators so this packaging without it is great. Although I think they could probably try to replace the plastic packaging with something else to wrap the tampons individually, that is better for the environment. Overall, this product changes the packaging but the quality and absorbency are not compromised in any way. It did take some time to get used to but after my 2nd try it became effortless.

Great Absorbance
I really like OB tampons. I find them easy to use and absorbent. I like that they stay together well during use. Some other brands feel like they disintegrate with use. I also really like that there is no extraneous packaging. I hate that some tampons produce plastic garbage with each use. One thing I have found frustrating with OB tampons, which is not specific to this type, is that the super plus version seems to have completely disappeared from the market. Most stores only carry super and ultra, and I always found super plus to be my preference
