Directions: Bridges, Braces, Implants and Wide Spaces: Using the stiffened end, thread the spongy-floss between teeth and appliance or through wide spaces. Use a soft back-and-forth motion to remove bacterial plaque. Pull the spongy-floss through to the regular floss section. Gently slide the regular floss under the gumline. Use an up-and-down motion to help remove plaque. Regular Teeth: Gently slide regular floss between teeth and under the gumline. Clean under the gumline as directed above. Useless for cleaning under bridges.
I have used Super floss for years to clean under the 2 bridges I have. The latest box I bought is absolutely useless. The ‘stiffened end’ is no longer stiff. I tried for about 10 minutes. Useless - cannot use it. It’s too expensive to buy as regular floss. I now have 100 strands of dental floss that cannot be used to clean under my bridges.
Please tell me - why have you changed the stiffened end? How am I supposed to use it now?

I bought this floss and its terrible, why did you change from oral Glide Prohealth threader floss to this floss. I loved the other floss. This floss breaks off between my teeth, because my teeth are very tight to each other. The other product slid easily under and around all my bridge work. Please bring back the other floss if possible.

Quality has dropped off a cliff
Quality has dropped off enormously. Last 3 packs I’ve bought have had tons of duds where the stiffened tip isn’t actually at the end of the piece of floss rendering it useless. Don’t know if they changed factory lines or QA just dropped off a cliff but super disappointing after using it for years.

Not suitable for tight spaces
Unfortunately they have changed this product and the tip is too flimsy, and is not suitable to fit through tight spaces between bridges. It is very frustrating using this floss. I would not recommend. The previous version of this product was great, it’s a shame they shaved the floss stiffness.

Disappointed
I have been using Oral-B Ultra floss for many years and for some reason, an innocent in your company decided to stop producing it. I have tried many other floss, but none comes close to the Ultra floss. I am switching from Oral-B products until I see the Oral-B Ultra floss back on the shelves.

Not strong
You can get the special hard part into one tooth and then when you try to do the next one It’s too flimsy and it won’t work….. Am I expected to use a single strand of floss each for each tooth? There’s only 50 in the box… That would mean That one box is for two uses…

My favourite dental floss
Excellent for flossing bridgework with its stiff end, which makes it easy to insert. Each piece has a fuzzy section and a length of regular minty floss. My only wish is for more die packaging. The cardboard box gets pretty shredded by the time you use up 50 strands.

No quality anymore or wrong box? In this economy
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I loved them but today I bought a new box and most of the threads ends are not stiff enough. I have to use 5 flosses every time. It’s really frustrating. Can’t even contact them to get a refund. Really disappointed

P&G - please bring back the deep clean ultra floss on a spool!
I bought this because the oral-b deep clean ultra floss was discontinued. Why? This "superfloss" is in no way a superior product. The strands are way too long so I cut in half to reduce waste. Please bring back the deep clean ultra floss!

Perfect for my bridge.
The stiff end makes it easy to thread through the gap between my bridge and gums. And the fuzzy section makes sure all of the 'gunk' comes out with one pull through of the floss. I use it once a day, so it is cost effective.

The floss is so hard and hurts my gums
I love the end to thread through my bridge and spongey floss to clean my bridge but the floss end is terrible....it's so stiff and hard it hurts my gums almost to inflammation...I may have to look for another brand

Terrible change in product matetials
They changed the material to some cheap plastic type material that doesn’t work with flossing and hurts your teeth. It’s a shame because it was once a great product and now cannot be used to floss at all.

Stunned after using for the first time!
When I purchased this floss, I thought what a great looking product and got two boxes. Now I am stuck with them since my husband opened the second box. When using it for the first time on my regular teeth, it shredded and left a long string of thread hanging between two teeth. I was able to get it out and tried the next section for the rest of the teeth but it doesn't seem to be waxed and was hard to use. The next time I used it, the floss actually broke in shreds and stuck in between the teeth again with one part in my teeth and the other in my hand. It was hard to remove so I quickly got some tweezers to grasp the floss and I finally got it out, what a scare! I am afraid to use it on my other teeth now so will use it to clean under the bridge only and use regular floss for the rest of the teeth. The problem with the threader part for the bridgework was that it was so flimsy that I had to get a mirror to see what I was doing to finally get it through, and was okay for that part. I'll have to switch to another brand once these are used up for the bridgework. I like the more waxed products.

Great concept, but needs wax
Love the idea of an all in one floss and floss threader. Works great for my teeth with wires on, however, the floss gets stuck in my other teeth. Would work amazingly if it had some wax on it.

Best floss yet
Hands down the best floss I've used. My dental hygienist introduced me to it. It cleans between my wire better than any other product. My only complaint: it's difficult to find in drugstores.

Superfloss = Trash
Garbage. It shreds if it goes through teeth at all. Don’t know why they got rid of glide floss based threaders but will not use oral b products including this ‘superfloss’ replacement

Have used with permanent dentures for many years.

Got hooked on SuperFloss when I had braces, and now it's all I use. The threader end is great for getting into tight spaces, and the fuzzy part does a thorough cleaning.

Super Floss (not stiff enough)
The stiffened end is not stiff enough to get through my back molars. I have to use the GUM eel-thru to get the super floss through my back molars.
