Stopped working after 4 months
Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 stopped working after 4 months. All lights up as expected however when I push the button to get started it no longer works. Nothing happens. The motor does not even attempt to shoot water. Very disappointed with the longevity of this item. Now does it just go to a landfill???

Charging Port Corroded
The flosser arrived on time and works great. Unfortunately, Philips failed to design a true water proof charge port like on their other products. It corroded and wouldn't take a charge after 6 months of use. It couldn't be fixed because all the parts are sealed inside.
I'm still trying to warranty it but it seems like Philip's product registration and warranty could use a more user friendly update!

Silent Product Change USB C to Proprietary Cable
The flosser is good overall. But the silent revision (the product page is the same but product is different) from usb c to a proprietary charging cable is a significant downgrade.

Easy to use
First time user of a cordless oral Flosser. Like how it is cordless, light to hold, easy to clean, holds charges well, comes in multi colors to choose from even tho mine is white. Cleans gums of food particles spaces between teeth very well. It does what I expected.
