Kids will love this set of Neon mini polishes – and as a bonus, it GLOWS in blacklight! Contains 4 NEON polishes that are so bright, you’ll need your sunglasses.
Directions for Nail Polish:
Wash hands with soap and water
Apply 2 -3 thin coats of Piggy Paint
Air dry 60 seconds
Optional for best wear:
Blow-dry polished nails for 1 minute with a hairdryer set on warm heat/low blower setting.
Use Piggy Paint Basecoat for extended wear and Topcoat for added shine.
Water, acrylates copolymers, melia azadirachta (neem oil). May contain: ultramarines, titanium dioxide, mica, red 28, yellow 10, violet 2, orange 5, red 22, red 34.

False advertisement, really small bottles!
This review is about well.ca not the product itself.
False advertisement. The set is incredibly small at 4*3.5ml instead of the advertised 4*14ml. Purchased as a birthday gift with not a lot of lead time to return and will have to look elsewhere. Well.ca didn't respond to my email for 4 days and didn't do anything to make things right.
