Not perfect, but a good way for bigger kids to drink faster
So this top is OK but not perfect. The hinge is a bit flimsy feeling, and the top is a bit tricky to get on and off (both installing it on the bottle, and opening and closing it). That said, I appreciate the silicone, and my 4 year old can drink more water faster with this vs the pura sippy top which e previously adored. He likes it. I'd buy it again, though I feel it could use a bit of of re-engineering.

Unreliable Lid
I had high hopes for this water bottle given the brand’s reputation, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The lid does not stay on securely and comes off far too easily, which causes the bottle to leak. This makes it completely unreliable to carry in a bag or use on the go.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the company, I was told that I had purchased an “old model” and therefore could not be reimbursed or assisted, despite the product being faulty. This response was very disappointing and does not reflect the customer care I expected from this brand.
A water bottle should be dependable, especially if it is marketed for daily use. Between the poor design and lack of support, I cannot recommend this product.
