Large ice pack
This ice pack is very large. Will cover the majority of my back. Love gel packs because they are easy to bend and shape:) Great price for it too!

Flexible Gel Pack?
On the Gel Pack it says “Always flexible.” However it does not stay flexible once it’s frozen.
It is necessary for it to warm up for 30 minutes or more at room temperature for some flexibility to return and still be able to use it as a cold ice pack.

Great ice pack
A great ice pack I use for headaches etc. It’s huge and can be used on your lower back easily also. Frozen solid immediately out of the freezer but after a few minutes it’s pliable again & forms to your body.
