I have Really Red and it's a teensy bit orange but still a really nice colour. I wear lip balm under it and it's still matte!

It's true that this product drys out your lips a little bit, but I still really like it. Just make sure to moisturize and maybe exfoliate befor application and it's fine! I'd buy it again forsure!

I bought this lipstick in mauve it over. I find it doesn't dry my lips out and it is a very natural shade. I highly recommend it!

I love that formula, very high quality! The color mauve about it its just not the neutral i expected.

I have the nude one, and it doesn't go on no matter what.
I used lip balm and even a lip liner before applying, and it still does not work.
Its like trying to paint with water colour on a plastic surface.

Omg I know I went a little overboard but I bought 3 colours from this line: wine not, really red, and mauve it over and I'm love every one! They're really beautiful matt colours and good quality. I have medium to fair skin tone and the mauve it over matches perfectly with my natural lip shade! Really red is a great red for those glam occasions. It's just your average red lipstick. Wine not is actually not as scary as you think. if you just pad the lipstick on, its shows up as a nice purply-pink, great for summer and also I use it as a blush

I understand the criticisms about this matte lipstick being dry - it is. But with the right application (I always apply lip balm with sunscreen FIRST) you don't have to suffer. And me oh my, the colours are gorgeous! I wear the Nude and Mauve, which are both terrific with pale skin. The Nude is ideal for the retro 60s look. Also, there's no icky oily smell, which you get with a lot of lipsticks.

This product is okay if you are going to use a base coat first, but it defeats the purpose of having a matte lipstick.
The product leaves your lips incredibly dry and flaky.
I was looking for a replacement for the oh so wonderful, "Mac Matte" but this just won't do.
I will continue to purchase only for mixing purposes, of creating my own shade!

I bought the really red lipstick recently, and though it's not as red as I wanted it to be (a touch too dark) the stain is really nice and it has an intense, mostly matte, pigmented look to it. It what I'm wearing to all my christmas parties!

Really disappointed with this product! My lips would get so unbelievably dry from this product, plus it looked horrible after application! I even tried lathering up my lips with a nice balm before hand, still looked like ****!
