Love this thing!
I have had dry, cracking feet for years and this metal file finally wears down enough of the dry skin for me to be able to moisturize properly and keep my feet soft.

Simple but effective
Inexpensive and really effective. My heels are the softest they have been in a while. Almost like getting a pedicure, but cheaper.

Not very effective
Did not do a great job at exfoliating. Feet came out basically the same afterwards.
