I gave a one star because they didn't tell the truth about it being tearless, it actually burns in eyes of adults so I wonder what a baby might go through. Secondly it has a scent that is rather on the strong side and really uncomfortable. These two reasons didn't allow me use it more than twice so I wouldn't know anything about its work on the skin.

Dried out skin bad
I like the fact that this is Canadian and organic, first off I was sent a "French Lavender" not Lavender Vanilla as stated. This dries out my 2 year old skin very badly. My hands feel very tight just from bathing her with it as well. I would not recommend this product, especially for the tiny bottle you get and the price you pay.
The pump on the bottle is useless and doesn't work, so it is a tad annoying. If the product was good I wouldn't have even mentioned it.

Love this product
It works so well for my little one, gentle on her super sensitive skin, and doesn’t irritate her eczema. It doesn’t irritate eyes, and it is completely safe, thank goodness for well.ca offering certified organic products! It is on the expensive side, but this bottle has lasted me for months, and a little goes a long way. nice subtle scent, not over powering, and it doesn’t bother my baby :)

Great baby soap
I love how many great certified organic products well.ca has, this one has been fantastic for my little one’s very sensitive skin. Does not dry out her skin nor does it irritate her eczema, which is fantastic. Nice, very faint scent. Baby and I give it a thumbs up!
