Rated 1 out of 5 by from If I could give this 0 stars I would! Also really disappointed with Well Customer Service. I am dumbfounded as to why this product gets awards? First off, it does not hydrate. Second, the fragrance is beyond excessive! I could not get it off my hands and it’s been 24hrs of washing. I have a headache. I did legit one pump of this product. Immediately contacted Well requesting a return and their position is that if it’s opened it is not returnable. That I should take it up with the manufacturer. How did we go from an exceptional customer service department during Covid to this? Just awful.
