Great cleaning
I use 2 tablespoons per wash and add 2 teaspoons of Soap Works safe bleach for light coloured loads. It's the on!y thing I can use that a) doesn't bring me out in a rash and b) actually gets things clean.

Incorrect Description/Ingredients on site
While the description on the site says that it does not contain animal ingredients, and the ingredient list on this site only lists vegetable oil and sodium hydroxide, when I received the product I noticed that the ingredient list on the package said Sodium Tallowate (animal fat). Very disappointing as I was expecting a vegan friendly product.

Perfect for baby’s clothing
This is a soap NO DETERGENT perfect for baby’s clothing, bedding etc. It leaves everything so soft. You only need a small amount to get the job done and this bag will last a very long time. Highly recommend.

A great price for pure soap. And no residue buildup on clothes, works great with washing soda and/or borax. Small amounts only needed for regular soiling. Way better than petroleum-based detergents.

Best choice for your whites
Protect your cotton and linen items with the natural cleaning power of soap. Avoid irritating detergent residue next to your skin. I have used this product for years for hot water washing of bed clothes, towels, and underwear. Addition of washing soda softens hard water but not necessary to pre-blend with the soap or add borax. Best to put soap in with the items to be washed rather than in the dispenser as it takes longer to dissolve thandetergent.

Honestly I haven't used it yet. But having a stock of supply of basic ingredients makes me feel better. It's also familiar. Fond memories of shopping at the health food store with my Mom, back when there were few to shop at. When did the 70's and 80's become olden days? This stuff is basic and it works. I guess it's largely psychological. I loved my Mom. But these kind of products really do work.

Gets laundry SO much cleaner than detergent!
Along with a bit of washing soda to soften hard water if needed gives the cleanest possible laundry with least wear on fabric. Detergent is garbage. Great price at well.ca!

greenest option out there
I hae gone no plastic as much as possible and thought I would have to use inferior products and really miss other stuff. Not the case at all and this stuff is the perfect example. It works better than any other laundry soap.
