I finally found a laundry product that doesn't make me itchy or break out into hives, or aggravate my chemical sensitivities!!! I have to wash my clothes by hand, because I'm sensitive to all the dyes and chemicals left behind in my apartment building's public washers, and this laundry product doesn't irritate my hands the way other "natural" products have in the past. Since it's in powder form, I boil some water in the kettle, and then dissolve the soap flakes in a water pitcher before adding them to my laundry, to make sure I don't get any white spots on my clothing. I also add washing soda and "safe bleach" (by Soap Works) to the mixture. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has chemical sensitivities.
