I find it difficult to drink from this bottle as one of the reviewers mentioned, my nose touches the lid and then the coffee drips down onto my top or jacket. I now bring a 2nd reusable Starbuck coffee cup & pour it from this thermos. If you don't overfill the S'well, you're fine, it won't leak out but if you go above the line inside the thermos, you'll find leakage. I bought two of these, 1 for me and my son, but I won't buy this again for the above-mentioned issues.

Disappointed
I was super excited to get this mug as I trusted the brand. I must say that I'm very disappointed. The lid leaks and it takes many attempts to put the lid on properly so the silicone seal works. Most of times I give up. Not only you can't carry this mug as a travel mug but every time you drink, it leaks all over you. I started using it as a regular mug but then what's the point. It defeats all purpose. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Love my new SâÂÂip cup! I was looking to replace another excellent brand of coffee go cups and decided to try these as I live my SâÂÂWell bottle for water. These fit in cup holders easily, lid appears to be spill proof based on how tight it fits (not proven - yet). Coffee stays hot and likewise liquids nice and cold. I would buy more. Well.ca was easy to order, quick delivery.

Keeps hot and doesnâÂÂt leak, however, the lid is very awkward. When drinking your nose touches the rubber insulated piece and the opening to drink from is in an awkward spot. Major design flaw. Disappointed considering the cost and the fact their other products are high quality. Do not buy this swell product - stick to their water bottles.

I wanted to love this bottle because I have a lot of the original SâÂÂwell bottles. But either I donâÂÂt know how to use it properly or it is what it is, I find it doesnâÂÂt hold the water hot for as long as the original ones.
