Magnesium Gel is for use at the end of the day to promote a sense of relaxation and well being through massage. Apply before bedtime to the neck and shoulder area, lower back, legs or even the bottoms of your feet. Lightly scented with Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils. 30% Concentration 1 ml of Magnesium Gel is approx. 100 mg of pure magnesium.

Directions: Apply So Magnesium Gel and gently massage into skin. Allow to dry completely before contact with any fabrics. May leave a salty residue and can be rinsed off after 20 mins. 30% Concentration / 1 ml of Magnesium Gel is approx. 100 mg of pure magnesium.

Warning: Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, broken skin, and other sensitive areas such as your face. If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with cool water. Slight itching/warming is normal and will dissipate in 10-15 mins.
