I seem to get a more sound sleep when I use this before bed but be warned IT MAKES YOU ITCH!! The label even states that there may be some itching and you can rinse it off after 20 mins which I have to do because the itching would make it impossible to sleep! Also you have to use like 15 sprays at a time for best results, doubt the bottle will last very long and it's not cheap. On the fence about repurchasing
