I find this product easy to use. I add it to anything, and it blends in unnoticed. I had painful osteoarthritis in my hip, and could barely walk. Along with physiotherapy and hyaloronic acid and Sproos grass fed collogen, I can walk at a good clip for quite some time....pain free! Also, thyroid issues have caused my hair to thin. My hair is growing back! Yeah, LOVE this product.

This has helped so much
I was loosing my hair and my hairdresser suggested collagen. I had trouble figuring out which to get, but someone helpful recommended this product. After a month, my hair is thicker and healthier looking. I also have noticed that I don’t have as many aches and pains.
I can only speak for myself, this product may or may not help but it did help me.

Tasteless so you can put it in anything . Mixes so well in my coffee in the morning and you can't tell its in there. Have also mixed it in scrambled eggs. I love it.

I bought this as a last resort to muscle aches, osteo arthritis pain and joint issues. Nails and hair were getting thinner. After three weeks, I am feeling a great improvement. And the unexpected bonus was that my bp went down a bit. I take it in the morning.

Bad smell
I took this everyday for like 3 weeks straight. It's okay if I have soup to add it to but otherwise I find myself dreading taking it because it tastes so bad and makes me want to gag. But I do think its helping my hair grow stronger so I do it for my hair.

SO easy to take. I take it in my morning coffee every day. With cream or black, I can never taste it. It's like its not there. Might be too early to tell the difference in my skin yet, but my skin is clear and smooth at the moment. Really like this product. Would definitely buy again.

This product didn't work for me
I bought this about 6 weeks ago. I stopped taking it because I noticed that I was feeling uncomfortably bloated in the evenings. I stopped taking it and the bloating subsided. Just didn't work for me.

So far so good. We'll see if we can see difference after taking it for longer. We've been taking it for ~2weeks so far. We put it in our morning oatmeal, and cannot taste it, if we put it in our milk, it makes it more silky, almost more thick, like milk with cream if it makes sense, but I actually like that. I haven't tried mixing it with just water or tea. I feel I might taste it there, because when I tried a bit of the powder just by itself, it had a slight aftertaste.
