Hubby and I both take it every day in our coffee. Mixes not bad...and the flavour is very tolerable. Great for hair nails and joints!

Good product
Tried multi organika but prefer Sproos. Bone broth flavor not as strong. Mixes better in cold liquids. Bought it for joint pain couple months ago. Works to some degree but guess I have to take longer. Hair still falling out so guess not working for that but nails growing fast and eyebrows and lashes. Skin looks a bit smoother.
