Application: Use when you need an extra deep clean. Begin by cleansing face. Apply a thin and even layer to skin avoiding eyes, lips and hair. Once mask is completely dry (10-15 minutes), rinse with water. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Using this for almost 30 years!
I started using this product when I was around 15. It came in a large tub, and you scooped it out and applied it. Combined with the apricot facial scrub it has been a staple in my skincare line since then. I've even gotten both of my teenagers using it, and it greatly reduces their teen acne. In terms of my skin, I routinely get asked about my skincare regimine and I always mention the blue clay mask by St. Ives. I'm in my forties, and I credit this product to helping my skin maintain elasticity and it's healing properties in terms of blemishes. The below image is recent, and has some photo effects but has not been cosmetically altered.

Better than the expensive mud masks
This product is a really nice clay to apply to the face and neck.
I also apply it to my head as I have a shaved head.
I'm a male in my late 40's and I really like the St.Ives products.
They seem to be a bit cheaper than most face products on the market but in my mind provide the best applications you can get for your body.
I've was using a product that was about 9 dollars for 2.5 - 3 ounces and I though was a really good product until I started using the St.Ives face products.
The St.Ives mineral clay applies really easy and you can feel your face tightening up within seconds of the applied clay.
Wait for about 15-20 minutes then wash off - Once again very easy to wash off.
I use the this product 3 times a week and people tell me I look like a 35 year old.

oh so smooth!
just got this as a gift, my skin feels super smooth and cool. i have really bad acne and redness and it has significantly reduced after the first use. love it!

I love that it doesn't have an overpowering scent, its minty and it isn't harsh on my face. I always wash my face before using. Once you apply the mask and then take it off your face feels so refreshed and soft. It feels super clean too! It also leaves your face with a tight feeling. I use it once a week.Usually Sunday night to refresh my face for the week ahead. I would definitely recommend those to anyone looking for a good face mask, and I will definitely be purchasing again.

I use this mask once a week. I apply it to my clean face, leave it on for approximately 10-15 minutes (or until I feel like it has completely hardened), and then remove it gently with warm water and a wash cloth. My skin feels really refreshed and my pores feel tighter afterwards. Such a nice feeling! <br />

I have dry skin and it worked quite well and did not irritate my skin whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

It’s What Works
I have to say, these products work for me. I’ve been using the apricot scrub for so many years. A couple of years ago I started using the facial wipes to remove makeup. Then I made the decision to start using a moisturizer on my face as I was getting dry patches in the winter. At this point, stick to what you know, right? So I tried the collagen moisturizer and my face loved me for it. I have oily skin and it didn’t make me feel greasy or extra oily which was a surprise. It gave my face a nice smooth finish. I’ve been wanting to try a new face mask and was finally able to find the mineral clay mask in store. Combing the scrub, the mask and then the moisturizer as a combo. Definitely thumbs up.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using the St. Ives mineral clay mask for years, through at least one new packaging change that may also have come with a new name. I started using it in my 20s and am now 38, so I'd estimate that I've used it twice a week for over 15 years! I can't think of a single other skincare product that I have used for anywhere near that amount of time. It works, it feels good, and I plan on continuing to use it for another 15 years at least, as I can't imagine that my skin requirements will ever outgrow the need for simple clay.
