Great product, poor packaging
I love this hand cream and decided to buy the bigger size with the pump. After a few weeks, the pump stopped dispensing. I ended up having to transfer the lotion to another container. When I did this, I saw that the pump was missing a piece and so the pump didn't reach to the bottom of the bottle. So, while I will keep buying the cream, I won't buy this size again.

The product itself is effective. The pump does not work in the larger container. The lotion’s thickness appears to be the issue… disappointing as it is less costly to purchase this larger amount.
