Urban Slicer Epic Deep Dish Pizza Dough Mix is the perfect mixture of flours and yeast for baking up a pan full of awesomeness.
Makes 2 8'x8' pie crusts.
1. In a large bowl add entire packet of dough mix and exactly ONE CUP (236g) warm water 2. Mix ell until dough is smooth and elastic. (10 minutes kneading by hand -or- 8 minutes with stand mixer and dough hook) 3. Form into 2 identical sized balls and let rise in covered bowl for 2-4 hours at room temperature. 4. Place in lightly oiled baking pan(s). Stretch to corners of pan. Let rest 1 hour. 5. Cover dough generously with cheese and toppings (not sauce). 6. Bake 15 min. Turn and bake another 5-10 min. Remove, slice and add warm sauce to top.
