All my adult life, my nails have been weak, bendy and always splitting. I had just accepted that’s just how they were. Then I just happened to buy Vaseline Intensive Care as I had particularly dry hands so this seemed a good choice. After a few weeks I noticed that, quite unexpectedly, my nails were rock hard and were no longer bending or splitting and i can only put this down to the regular use of Vaseline Intensive Care cream. Had I had any inkling that it was actually going to improve my nails I would’ve taken a ‘before’ photo but I’ve never actually no ught a beauty product that does what it says. I am delighted with the result and I would highly recommend this product.

Used to be a fabulous product!
I have been using this product since i started looking after my nails over 20 years ago. Never used anything else and kept tubes of it everywhere. Not anymore!! This product changed about 6 months ago at a guess and is now nothing like it was. It isn’t effective on dry skin, my skin seems drier then ever not long after moisturising and the smell is not as nice. It seems thinner and doesn’t absorb the same. Goodbye to what was a fabulous product I have persevered for long enough. Now I’m on the hunt for a new handcream to rave about.

Fast absorbing,non greasy,light feeling on skin
I am a nurse who is washing her hands all the time and using hand sanitizers and my skin is dry,has open cracks ,red and hurting after few days of work.Tried many hand creams to use during work between hand washes and this one work for me the best.My cow workers like it too for the following reasons :
most hospitals are fragrance free so we have to use something with a very light smell or non scented,
this cream absorbs fast and we can continue working, it is hard to do it with slippery hands
my hands not feel greasy at all
my hands feel silky/smooth
it is perfect for frequent use

I used more expensive creams before like Glysomed its good but greasy,The Body Shop ones scent issue, does not absorb well on my skin,Neutrogena, Bath and Body Works scent issue, La Roche its good for the night takes time to absorb, too expensie to wash it off,Vichy too expensive,Glaxall Base feels funny on my skin its kind of sticky/dry feel after putting it on on.

Disappointed
I have been looking for an effective hand lotion for almost a year. I saw this at the store and thought I would give it try. To my surprise I have been very disappointed because it is very runny and it leaves my hands feeling just as dry as before putting anything on. I did some research and came to find that the formula has changed, I would have loved to try the old formula because I have seen many complaints of the new one. I would not recommend trying this new formula unless you like runny lotion.

So bummed
I have been using this product for close to 20 years, and along with the change in the packaging, there is a change to the lotion itself that has made it so much less than it was. A few minutes after putting on the new, updated formula, my hands feel and look just as dry as they were previously. I'm in search of another lotion now, and I'm so bummed! I've actually recommended this product to other customers while in the lotion isle at the store, but I can no longer do that. Sorry to go, but there has to be something else out there!

Formula has changed, negatively!
I have been very happy with this Vaseline Intensive Care healthy hands for 22 years! My skin is especially dry during the winter months. I always keep a tube in my car, my desk at work, at home and in my purse. It has been awesome in keeping my hands from drying and cracking and my nails healthy. In the summer, I work outside daily. I have used this product 365 days a year! My most recent purchase was a HUGE disappointment! I don't know what Vaseline did to the formula, but I am absolutely in the market for a new hand cream. This "re-formulated" cream does not keep my hands/nails soft and moisturized at all. After applying, my hands are bone dry in no time. I wake up in the morning and instead of soft moisturized hands, they are DRY and stiff. I would like to know how many loyal customers Vaseline is going to lose following this change...it was probably a "cost savings". Good-bye Vaseline, I am sorry to go.

This lotion USED TO BE THE BEST - they changed it
I've been a loyal user of this hand and nail lotion for over 20 years. Unfortunately Vaseline decided to change the formula...and not for the better. It used to make my nails rock hard, which allowed them to grow really strong and long. I don't know what they did to the formula, but it doesn't do what it used to. Am disappointed the company decided to change a winning product :(

OMG .. never imagined is would change ;(
I have been using this lotion for as long as I can remember - for more than 30 years - an never imagined a life without it .. but today I was terrified to find out, that the new bottle contained something that was DEFINITELY NOT the lotion I use every morning and every night - and many times during the day :((( Not only has the smell changed for the worse .. also it is now a GREASY lotion, that is not at all absorbed into my skin as the old one ;((( Thought is was a shampoo I accidentally was putting on my skin because of the smell and greasiness - but was horrified to find out it was actually my beloved cream that was changed ;((( My life as I new it is forever changed .. please wake me up from this nightmare .. and GIVE ME BACK MY OLD CREAM :(((
