The colour is cool but that's about it
Love the colour! The bad: no drain plug, it is ridiculously heavy for its size, no way to lock it (unlike the others), doesn't keep product cold for as long as it should (opening 3 times a day and pre chilling it prior to use, kept in the shade)

First time disappointed from
Not bad, missing a few things
Needs a drain plug, difficult to tip with stuff in it still, also the hand strap is great, but should have an option on the hand strap to make it longer so that we can sling it over the shoulder.

Comes up short.
Strap is too short. The old style was much better.
I’m not over the moon happy with this one. Would put it in the same category as the old zipper top yeti bags.
Ice is not keeping for as long as some of my older yeti coolers.

Rugged and Sturdy!
Bought this a month back and have used it around 4 times so far. Love my yeti! (Got the grey roadie). Keeps the ice, and the beers ice cold all the way through. Rugged and can sit on it no probs (I’m 210lbs). The yeti has become one of the boys, can’t picture a hand without it. Don’t even second guess .. if you thinking, get one. This one is a lifer.

Ice/handles
I haven’t been on any long trips, only day trips and the roadie keeps all my fruit, juices etc… cold with just the yeti ice pack at the bottom. The one thing I don’t like is the handles. Would be nice if the strap was long enough to put over the shoulder and if the handles were designed the same as the bigger coolers.

Not impressed with the ease of getting scratches
I was disappointed in how easily it scratches up. Mine arrived with several scratches and it seems the simple act of loading it and putting it in my car causes more scratches. And they are annoyingly visible. I know I shouldn’t be so fussy over an outdoor cooler, but I was expecting surface durability from the $280 CDN I paid for it. As a cooler it works OK. My ice did disappear in less than a day, which is normal for most coolers in my experience. Again, for the price paid I expected more, but I do like the design and opening mechanism.
