Perfect light moisturizer!
Where has this been all my life? I wish I had this product all the years my skin needed a moisturizer but couldn't handle creams without breaking out or throwing off my oil production. This product is super light weight and is perfect for the summer months where I do not need a ton of moisture. I am a creature of habit and tend to purchase things I already know and love but I got this product as part of a "gift with purchase" and I am so glad I did as I will purchase it again! Would recommend for people with oily skin or those looking for light moisture. Feels a lot like a serum but no moisturizer is needed on top.

Pump, Plump & Glow
I wear this as a base under my usual moisturizer. It plumps up my skin and gives it a glow. It really is the added touch that I've been missing as part of my skin care routine since I entered my mid 30's / early 40's. It comes out as a gel with tiny bubbles in it and I find that you only need a dot or two on your fingertip to use on your entire face so it's really worth the money! My entire morning routine for my dry skin is: 7 Day Scrub, rinse, Clinique Clarifying Lotion 1, Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate, Dramatically Different Lotion +, CC Cream.

Crazy good hydrator!
Purchased a 2-pack (1 for me, 1 for hubby) of this amazing Moisture Surge Hydrating Concentrate while we were on a cruise last year through the South Pacific. It's fantastic...amazingly light and fast absorbing and it really helped my sun-parched skin recover and brought the hydration and luminosity back to my skin . My husband has oilier skin and it worked perfectly on him as well. It's my (our) go-to hydrator all year long and we both love it and use it daily. Can't beat it!

One of the best for dehydrated oily sensitive skin
I have oily combination skin In winter its too dry .nothing works In summer it oily But my skin is also sensitive. I cant use serum or many type of fluid since they cause acne.. But this product it like water...so light.and after absorption u wont feel anything in your skin. But it can deeply hydrate and boost the other products effect. I used this beneath smart day cream(spf30)and beneath surge gel cream. Without using this first other products wont be that much effective for me

Better moisturizer then lotion
I have been using the dramatically lotion for years but decided to try this one for winter since the lotion not enough for wintertime at Vancouver. Great discovery, I should have try it sooner! Not greasy feeling and the moisture works well in cold weather, a lot better then dramatically lotion.

Underwhelming moisturizer
For all the hype about this product, I was disappointed by the moisture it provided. It is lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbent, but my skin doesn't feel very moisturized (and certainly not for 72 hours). I'd opt for one of the classic Clinique lotions over this.

Lightweight yet moisturizing
This is a really good serum for those who want lightweight moisture. It's none-greasy and absorbs quickly. Works great under the moisture surge jelly. Also, won't irritate sensitive skin.

Feels very sticky :-(
Very disappointed in this product, because, unlike the regular Moisture Surge (which I love!), this product feels very sticky on my face from the moment it is applied to hours later. Yuck
