Baby Bistro Brands reflects the wisdom and education of four generations of the Schmidt family women. In 2001, Christina Schmidt graduated with her masters in nutrition and her sister had a baby. Everyone loved the joy of the new baby, and realized how many questions tired new mothers ask. Christina understood from her sister’s and girlfriends’ questions that there was a lot of confusion about infant nutrition among mothers. They all agreed that more accessible information was needed, so they formed Baby Bistro Boxes, their baby, to help you raise your babies.
